ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
  • INSPECT TIRE BEAD AND BEAD FLANGE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WEAR, DIRT, OR DEBRIS
  • INSURE TIRE BEAD IS FULLY SEATED BEFORE INSTALLING THE BEAD LOCK RING
  • APPLY EACH BEAD LOCK BOLT WITH ANIT-SEIZE AND WASHERS BEFORE INSTALLING
  • START 4 BOLTS BY HAND 90 DEGREES APART FINGER TIGHT (12, 3, 6, AND 9 O’CLOCK POSITIONS)
  • CONTINUE TO INSTALL THE REMAINING BOLTS FINGER TIGHT
  • START TORQUING EACH BOLT IN A CRISSCROSS PATTERN TO 15FT/LBS
  • ONCE ALL BOLTS ARE TORQUED TO 15FT/LBS BEGIN THE NEXT STEP
  • RE-TORQUE EACH BOLT AT 30 FT/LBS ONE AFTER ANOTHER IN A CLOCKWISE PATTERN UNIT EVERY BOLT IS RE-TORQUED
  • IMPORTANT! REMOVE TIRE VALVE AND DEFLATE TIRE COMPLETELY BEFORE REMOVING THE BEADLOCK BOLTS AND BEADLOCK RING
  • BEGIN LOOSENING EACH BOLT ONE BY ONE IN A CRISS CROSS PATTERN UNTIL THEY ARE BROKEN LOOSE.
  • REPEAT THIS PROCESS UNTIL ALL BOLTS ARE LOOSE AND COMPLETELY REMOVED FROM THE WHEEL.
  • REMOVE THE BEADLOCK RING.
  • DISMOUNT/REMOVE THE TIRE
  • THIS PRODUCT IS NOT DOT APPROVED AND FOR OFF ROAD/RACE APPLICATIONS ONLY.
  • YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISK OR DAMAGES CAUSED TO THE CAR AND ENVIRONMENT. ANY IMPROPER USE OR MIS-INSTALLATION OF PARTS COULD RESULT BODILY HARM OR DAMAGE.
  • BEADLOCK WHEELS DO NOT CARRY ANY STRUCTURAL OR FINISHING WARRANTIES DUE TO THEIR INTENDED USE(S).
  • VISUALLY INSPECT BOLTS AND BEADLOCK RINGS AFTER FIRST USE AND EVERY 100 MILES AFTER.
  • RE-CHECK BEADLOCK BOLT TORQUE AFTER FIRST RUN AND
  • REPLACE BEADLOCK RING BOLTS EVERY YEAR OR WHEN CHANGING TIRES (WHICHEVER COMES FIRST)
  • INSPECT THE BEADLOCK RING DURING EACH TIRE CHANGE FOR BENDS OR DISTORTION. IF EITHER EXISTS DO NOT USED THE BEADLOCK RING.
